Daniel Gustafik has 20 years of experience working on industrial power and controls, clean rooms, server centers and cannabis production facilities. He used his background in electrical engineering to found the engineering firm Hybrid Tech and obtain licenses in many states. He designed and built his first cannabis facility in 1997 and, with his team of engineering professionals, has completed hundreds of compliant cannabis projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.
