Originally a custom home builder, Jerry transitioned into the legal cannabis arena through the production design of cannabis facilities in Oregon. He quickly became known for his creation of turn-key production facilities which successfully combined new technologies with compliant cannabis cultivation. His knowledge and experience, coupled with the efforts of fellow business partners, led to the formation of Tozmoz and Claywolf. Both companies specialize in extraction and processing; Tozmoz has established itself as a large-scale producer of top-shelf CO2 oil while Claywolf has focused on developing and producing high end BHO shatter and wax products.

Joel made his transition into the cannabis market in 2010, choosing to leave a successful career in commercial industrial refrigeration and energy management. Over the course of the next few years he honed both his construction design and cultivation skills, successfully establishing himself at the forefront of cannabis production and processing. His efforts and strategic relationships led to the formation of Tozmoz and Claywolf, both cannabis processing companies. The first, Tozmoz, has made a name in the industry for providing top shelf CO2 oil, while Claywolf has created a loyal following of its BHO shatter and waxes.
