Language

The official language of CCC is English.

Access

The Portland Expo Center is fully wheelchair accessible and is designed to accommodate people with disabilities.

Smoking

The Portland Expo Center is a non-smoking facility.

Dress Code

There will be a large media presence at the event and we encourage attendees to dress in a manner that promotes the professionalism of our budding industry.

Service Animals

The Expo Center and CCC adhere to the service animal guidelines implemented by the ADA.

Insurance/Liability

The Organizing Committee of CCC cannot be held liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attendance and participation in the conference. In addition, the Organizing Committee is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays beyond reasonable control.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the code of below which will be enforced throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

CCC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language, imagery, and profanity is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Any participant violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizing committee.
