About Lori

Ms. Glauser is our COO and President of Signal Bay, Inc. Ms. Glauser has nearly 25 years’ experience in engineering, management consulting, and startups. She has particular expertise in business planning, business process design, financial forecasting, risk management, energy management, and industry compliance. Prior to entering the cannabis industry in 2014, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young where provided management consulting services for energy companies where she led teams to develop, advise, and audit large business units. Prior to EY, she worked with several firms as a consultant including IBM and Financial Times Group where she was involved with business development, project development, and big data projects for the energy industry. Lori has also been involved with several startups, including one that was a finalist in a prestigious business plan competition in Silicon Valley in 2008. Lori began her career working as a Mechanical Engineer in the nuclear power industry.

Lori has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire, 1991, and an MBA from University of Alabama, 1995. Lori was also adjunct instructor of Project Management at the Metropolitan State College of Denver, and is a co-author of The Medical Marijuana Desk Reference. Lori has also been involved in developing dozens of marijuana establishment license applications in three states.
