Corinne Celko practices land use and development law, obtaining permit and entitlement approvals for a wide variety for development projects, with an emphasis in the cannabis industry. Corinne assists clients in building what they what, where they want, and how they want. She is committed to helping clients move nimbly and efficiently through the land use and development approval process so that their projects can become a reality. Corinne has experience advocating at local government hearings, assisting with local land use application procedures, obtaining commercial building permits, and handling cases before the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals. Over the past two years, she has worked extensively with various cities and counties throughout Oregon to adopt regulations specific to cannabis-related uses. Prior to joining Emerge Law Group, Corinne was Counsel in the Real Estate and Land Use practice group at Perkins Coie, LLP.
