Marco received his J.D. in 2005 from the UCLA School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.

For eight years, Dave was an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he taught a mergers and acquisitions lab class. Dave has also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section.

Dave received his J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law in 1994.
