Cy Scott is co-founder and CEO of Headset, Inc., bringing data driven insights to the cannabis industry. Headset helps companies in cannabis succeed by promoting better decision making via market intelligence offerings and operational insights in a sleek, intuitive and easy-to-use package. Prior to founding Headset, Cy cofounded Leafly. Since Leafly’s inception in 2010, Cy helped to grow the site into the world’s leading cannabis information resource, a model of a successful ancillary brand in this new emerging industry. Along with his work at Headset, Cy founded a monthly Cannabis Tech Meetup hosting cannabis entrepreneurs and technology developers, which has now expanded into multiple regions throughout the US. Cy’s favorite strain is Super Lemon Haze.

George Zimmer is Chairman, CEO and Founder of Generation Tux, an online rental platform for tuxedos and suits. He is also the founder and former CEO and Chairman of the Men’s Wearhouse - the largest retailer of men's tailored suit and dress casual clothing in the U.S. and Canada. A lifelong advocate of servant leadership as the most effective business management model, he is also an advocate for "conscious capitalism" to address income inequality and excessive CEO pay. He is the father of four children and self-described in his LinkedIn profile as a “Business Warrior Monk who roots for the underdog.” George serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and the Oakland Zoo.

Earl Blumenauer was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has been a life-long resident of Oregon's 3rd Congressional District.

Through his years as a local official in the Oregon Legislature, Multnomah County Commission, and Portland’s City Council, Earl developed a national reputation for his advocacy for public transportation, land use planning, environmental protection, and school funding.

As a state legislator, Blumenauer supported the Oregon Decriminalization Bill of 1973, which abolished criminal penalties for possession of small amounts of marijuana. Elected to the US Congress in 1996, he has been a strong advocate for changes to federal drug laws and has championed several legislative efforts to protect medical marijuana patients, allow the federal government to tax and regulate marijuana, and normalize taxes and banking for marijuana businesses in states where it is legal.

Blumenauer received the National Organization for the Rationalization of Marijuana Laws Award for Outstanding Public Leadership in 2010 and the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Legislative Leadership Award in 2013. He currently serves on the Ways and Means Committee.
