About Beau

Beau Whitney has a BA from Macalester College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. In his 15 years  professional operations experience in  High Tech, Beau has held positions at Intel Corporation and TriQuint Semiconductor. In addition, Beau is  a University level instructor of Economics and is considered a leading authority on cannabis economics. His demand forecasts have been cited industry publications and have been submitted to the state of Oregon. Beau has also testified in front of the Oregon Joint Legislative Committee on Implementing Measure 91 providing both demand forecast inputs and tax policy recommendations. Beau is currently a member of the Oregon State Liquor Control Commission’s Rules Advisory sub-committee on wholesale and distribution. Beau has a unique combination of business operations acumen and economic theory that he utilizes in his role as Chief Operating Officer at Greenpoint Oregon, a vertically integrated, Oregon-based cannabis company.
