About Hal

Hal Snow has more than 30 years of experience counseling families and business owners in the areas of business succession planning, asset protection planning, wealth transfer and transfer tax minimization. In the estate planning area, he has significant experience in succession planning for closely held businesses, including the transfer of ownership to the next generation with minimum estate tax cost. He spends a significant amount

of time working with clients with multi‐national planning issues. Hal is the author of several articles in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning and business succession planning, and is a frequent speaker at estate and business planning seminars. He is admitted in Alaska and Washington, and has applied for admission to practice in Oregon.
