Christine Smith, got her degree in architectural design at the Univ. of Texas Austin.  Arriving in Oregon in 1999, she embarked on a 20-year career as an architect while her husband Jasper owned and operated a medical marijuana dispensary.  Christine applied her rich understanding of thoughtful proportions and exacting composition to start Gron Chocolates in 2014. Christine takes a principled approach to environmentally smart business practices, and enjoys downtime with Jasper, their two kids and dog, cat, two horses and five chickens.
