Matt Maletis is deeply rooted in Oregon and was born and raised in the Portland area. Throughout his career Matt has operated, developed, and invested in a number of high profile projects locally; focused primarily on real estate, hospitality / entertainment, and controlled products. Over the past several years Matt has been a key player in the formation of Oregon’s emerging cannabis industry. He has served as an advisor to the agency tasked with the regulation of cannabis in Oregon, the OLCC and in addition has worked with a number of other state and local agencies.

He has been a leading voice in the responsible development of this new industry as it exits prohibition. He has joined groups including the Oregon Cannabis Association lobbying in DC for national policy changes that will support and normalize the industry. In addition to founding Oregon HUB. Matt is the director of The M. Maletis Company focused on real estate, investment, and services focusing on regulated / controlled industries and businesses.
