Megan Marchetti practices magic as the HR Director for Oregon’s Finest by connecting people, their talents, and building teams to promote positive communities inside the workplace and out. A lifetime advocate for cannabis re-legalization and a professionally trained HR specialist, Megan combined these skills and moved to Oregon in 2008 and to participate in the cannabis movement. Megan focused her undergraduate studies at Boise State University on the Sociology of Drugs and her graduate studies were interlaced with sociological theory and human resources. Megan received her PHR in human resources in 2010.
